Went to see Jeff Beck Group with Rod Stewart (Mar. 1 1969). Mangy group with strange name opened. With jazzy, flutey numbers like Serenade and Bouree, and great rockers like New Day Yesterday and My Sunday Feeling they blew us away and stole the show! Not a bad night at the Alexandria Roller Rink for $3.50.
